The Antidote to Loneliness

tip-of-my-weekLoneliness is a real thing than can sometimes feel as suffocating as if someone had their hands gripped around your neck.

It’s hard and it sucks.

We all have a basic need to feel connected in relationships where we are heard, known, and loved. But what do you do when those types of connections are nowhere to be found?

I recently had to come to grips with my own sense of loneliness but found relief in the most unlikely way.

If you’ve been longing for connection with people but haven’t known how to break out of your isolation, this episode of the Naida Lynn Tip of the Week is for you!

In this video, I share One Key Action that you can take to usher in connections in your life that aren’t just fulfilling for you but also for those around you.

Once you’ve had a chance to watch, I’m curious about your thoughts on this topic.

Can you relate to feeling lonely? What has worked for you in the past to break out of it and what hasn’t? Has anyone ever reached out to you when you least expected it and made your day?

Leave a comment and let me know!

Remember, while loneliness is a real epidemic, it doesn’t have to stay that way.

From the depths of my heart to yours,

P.S. If you have friends, family, or colleagues who you suspect might be struggling with feeling alone, forward this email! It just might be the encouragement they needed to step out and make lasting connections with people.
